| Hello guys, so I've been lurking around this forum and google translating most of the text but I can't really use the search function properly.
Anyway, I was curious if there's a thread with all programs that are used to mod Tzar. Mainly, I am looking for a program that can convert the .dat files that go along with the RLE / BMP image files (of buildings). I'm pretty sure that's where the size of buildings is kept, but no converters I use can convert them. Does anyone know of such a program? |
